Terms of Engagement
- We work on behalf of registered clients only
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a
registration
- We do not offer legal or
financial advice.
- Telephone charges for calls which we deem
necessary and we make on behalf of registered clients from our office to
fixed lines numbers within France and the UK are included in
our hourly service charge. Other calls are chargeable. Our time is
chargeable for all calls.
- Registered clients are provided with an
emergency mobile contact number.
- Where ever possible, with the exception of
emergency situations, we prefer to take all new instructions by email
using the 'contact us' button here on the left. This benefits all of our
clients as it permits us to concentrate on current tasks without
being distracted unnecessarily by telephone calls.
- When working on behalf of registered clients from
our office we invoice for our time in segments of 5 minutes.
- When working on behalf of registered clients away
from our office we also invoice for our travelling time at the
same hourly rate plus expenses. Again, our time spent working on
behalf of registered clients and our travelling
time is invoiced in segments of 5 minutes.
- We keep travelling time to a minimum
by dealing with clients' tasks by telephone
wherever possible.
- Invoices which are not settled within 15 days
will incur a 1.5% per month interest charge for late payment.
